and clothes that have to seem tighter.
this is completely unacceptable. i know that when someone starts college, that they gain the "Freshmen 15". but, ive already gained that and THEN some. i went ahead and wrote down everything that i ate & drank today, and just that made me feel like a fat-ass. i dont know the calorie count for what was for dinner, but im sure that it was around 600... this is just ridiculous.
Breakfast:
blueberry bagel with cream cheese & a mini dr.pepper - 450 Calories.
Lunch:
1 enchilada, mini fruit rollup & a mini dr.pepper - 430 Calories.
Mid-day snack:
2 Mature Valley Granola thins - 160 Calories
all of that... alone...without my delish beef fajitas, two huge hand fulls of chips, queso dip, and yet another mini dr. pepper.. oh, then a mini snickers ice-cream bar for dessert.. is a total of 1040 calories. A total day's worth of calories should be around 1,200. im 100% positive that i have surpassed this by leaps and bounds.
i HAVE to do something. i would kill to be back to my "high school graduation" weight. K says thats way to low... i think that it would be perfectly fine.
in order for me to get back down to that, though, would mean that i would have to drop 43 lbs.
my goal though, will be 15-20. i prefer 20.. but it would be hard to do. and it will take alot of time. i dont want to announce my current weight, but once i gain or loose i'll be sure to report the progress!

Also, after re-reading this post, i think i have a obsession with "mini" foods!
